Gold butterfly serviette holders

Quota Brisbane members enjoyed catching up with Quota friends from Carindale, Toowoomba, Jimboomba, the Gold Coast and Beenleigh to celebrate Quota Beenleigh’s 50 years since their Charter.

Our combined years of community service ranging from 50 years to 3 months were calculated in total as over 900 years by those present. Our table alone tallied at an impressive 172 years of community service.

Stunning gold balloons greeted us as we arrived. Gold featured in the tastefully decorated table settings with gold butterfly serviette holders and gold centre pieces.

We were interested to hear about Quota Beenleigh’s early days and their journey which has lead to the establishment of Junior Quota Clubs, the impact of their Annual Eisteddfod along with other innovative projects such as the Ambassador of the Year Project.

It was noted that the club rests on the shoulders of those Quota members that have gone before them.

The celebration was a credit to those who organised it. Congratulations Quota Beenleigh
