Includes opportunities for Christmas shopping  at the craft stall\, great raffle prizes and Santa will be there again this year.  Join us for High Tea. Come dressed \nin your Christmas cheer. Help us to support the growing numbers of women over 55 who are homeless. ‘Forgotten Women’ is unique organisation who is helping women over 55 to have a roof over their heads. Funds raised will be donated to the Forgotten Women ‘aid for women by women’ see forgottenwomen.org.au for more information.

DESCRIPTION:Join us for a fun morning at Geebung RSL on 1st December 2025 starting at 10:30 a.m. . We are using the butterfly as the theme this year because butterflies cannot hear. This is symbolic of the work we do to support children\, particularly those who are hard of hearing. This year we will welcome a representative of Zephyr Education who supports children who are out of home due to domestic and family violence.

DESCRIPTION:Monthly Business meetings are being trialled on the 3rd Saturday of each month to avoid having to drive at night. President Cheryl has organised the use of the Board Room at 1 Newstead Terrace Newstead. Please contact quotabrisbane@gmail.com to confirm times and venue. We will be meeting in December. January we will be in recess and resuming monthly meetings from February 2026. Our business meetings conclude by 12 md when most of us like to walk to the Gasworks where we can enjoy each other’s company and have a nice meal together.
